No date but Copyright is 1980. Brown pseudo leather ('rexine' type) boards with bright gilt titling to the spine. In the original publisher's illustrated dustjacket. Some VERY light (negligible) edgewear/shelfwear and one very small closed (internally repaired) 0.25 inch tear at the foot of the rear d/j cover o/w overall the d/j is Near Fine. Plain Lime green endpapers with a pale unwieldy erasure mark on the ffep where a former owner has rubbed out something (? Name/price? ) . Internally apart from the mark just mentioned there are No Inscriptions or other Marks. Black/White frontispiece Portrait of William Alexander, 96pp, 12 colour and over 100 black/white illustrations. ALL Hinges sound, internally, apart from the mark noted above, this is an EXCELLENT CLEAN TIGHT and BRIGHT, Near 'Fine' copy.
