In the original publisher's glossy pictorial card covers. Some edgewaer, creasing and surface damage mainly to the top corner of the front cover. The book has been stuck together internally on the top (blank) inch of most pages at some point in the past, and some have stuck to the opposing page in the past with a little surface paper loss. Apart from this, the book is internally excellent and full of lovely archive b/w photos/prints, etc. 31 pp. No Date, but this is a 1st Edition 1974 as the only reprint was published by Routledge, Kegan Paul. Covers the early /beginning flying days at Hendon from its inception in c.1910 up until 1972. ; Oblong 4to 11" - 13" tall
