Outram Coaching Days and Coaching Ways London MacMillan and Co. , Limited 1901 Reprint (of the Second Edition) Hardcover Very Good with no dust jacket Illustrated by Hugh Thomson and Herbert Railton This copy bound in a most Attractive Prize Binding - Full leather - A lovely polished Tree Calf leather prize binding for Hull Grammar School, with the School Arms, Border and Edge decoration in Bright Gilt on the covers, with five raised bands and rich gilt decoration in the compartments on the spine, with the title lettered in gilt. There is some slight wear to the covers/edges/corners, but overall this is a Very Handsome & Tight, Secure edition of this charming title. ALL hinges secure. All edges marbled. Marbled endpapers. There is a school prize bookplate to the front pastedown endpaper and a small rectangular Booksellers' sticker to the bottom of the same page (Browns Hull). Internally there is some light foxing (brown spotting) to the plain endpapers and the half-title and similarly to the rear endpapers and the last few pages of the book, but o/w NO other Inscriptions or Marks. (xv) + 376 pp. 214 delightful black & white illustrations/vignettes throughout in the text and heading the chapters by both Hugh Thomson and and Herbert Railton.
