The First volume in Series Three - Air - in the 'Australia in the War of 1939-1945' long series. 'Air Force' blue boards with bright gilt titling to the spine. The covers are VG but have a couple of small marks across the spine from an old cover, thin lines of old sellotape glue - these may be able to be removed? . In the original publisher's black and white lettered dustjacket which has some VERY slight edgewear, but negligible really. The dustjacket is now in a new protective clear - removable - bookfilm plastic cover and looks Fine. The page fore-edges are very slightly browned/dusty, but no foxing. NO Inscriptions or Marks. (xiii) + 786 pp. Illustrated in b/w with many archive photos and some b/w line drawn Maps and charts. Overall an Excellent Very Clean, Tight and Bright Near 'Fine' copy.
