Near Fine Grey cloth-covered boards with gilt titling and border on a red block to the spine. A tiny sliver of fading to the head/tail of the spine due to light creeping in - NO damage. ALL hinges tight. In the original publisher's pictorial dustjacket. The d/j is near complete has some small 'nicks' with loss to the corners and head/tail of the spine - all neatly repaired to the reverse with clear archive tape. The spine Is sunned and extremities are discoloured/rubbed, with some staining to the bottom of the rear d/j cover. - but the d/j is now in a new protective clear - removable - bookfilm plastic cover and looks overall quite good. The page fore-edges have some light foxing (pale tan spotting) . Internally Excellent. Very Clean Bright & Tight. SIGNED by the Author who has written a dedication on the front free endpaper in ink "To Wendy With Love from Rodney". NO other Inscriptions or Marks.
