A little browning but glitter still quite bright. NICE EPHEMERA. Decorated with purple/gilt flowers/leaves around border. 2 black and white portraits of King Edward and the Queen with wreath around. Napkin reads; The Royal party leave Buckingham Palace at 3 o'clock with cavalry escort by way of Constitution Hill, Knightsbridge, Kensington High Street, Hammersmith and Chiswick..........A bouquet will be presented to the Queen by Miss Burton on behalf of Middlesex and by Mrs F Halsey on behalf of Surrey. Sir Ralph Littler will then read an address to which the King will reply. His Majesty will then be presented with a Silver Gilt Casket containing.........The King will place the last coping stone in position and name the bridge KING EDWARD VII BRIDGE. The Royal Visitors will be saluted by the Local Volunteers and Yeomanry...................GOD SAVE THE KING.; 002930; Approx 14" Square.
