Light tan cloth boards with (slightly dulled) gilt titling to the spine and a gilt/maroon illustration to the front cover. No dustjacket. The boards have some rubbing to the extremities, some rub marking to the spine, and particularly to the corners where a couple of Tips only are through to the boards, a little bumping to the head/tail of the spine, but NO damage. All hinges are sound and tight. Plain dark brown endpapers - with a former owners' heraldic bookplate (Harry Arthur Clifton) on the front pastedown.
