There is no date, no publisher (tho' numbered '993' at the foot of the rear cover). I would date this c. 1920 ? - but could be 1930, or even early 40s? - but the latter date at the latest. Full colour stapled pictorial card covers with the image of a charming little girl in an old fashioned Victorian costume with ringlets and a bonnet, and with her hands in a white muff. Light brown paper covered boards with a pictorial paper label/onlay on the front cover with titling and a picture of the Willow Pattern Plate - all in blue/white - as is the Plate of course - and a circular onlay illustration of the plate on the rear cover.
